Image converter. Convert any image between PNG, JPG, WEBP, AVIF, GIF, BMP, TIFF, ICO, HEIC, HEIF, PSD, and SVG. Optional resize and quality. CloudConvert engine.

## Request body

- FederationResourceInput: Parameters for the target resource, forwarded verbatim upstream. The accepted fields differ per resource; list them with GET /api/marketplace/apis. Sending an empty object returns a 402 quote for that resource.
