`POST /v1/marketplace/api/email-trust-report`

Vets an email address in one call: deliverability, disposable check, DMARC posture, and a dedupe key.

## Request body

- FederationResourceInput: Parameters for the target resource, forwarded verbatim upstream. The accepted fields differ per resource; list them with GET /api/marketplace/apis. Sending an empty object returns a 402 quote for that resource.
