`POST /v1/marketplace/api/convert-pdf`

Converts PDFs to Markdown, HTML, JSON, or structured text with the Datalab Marker AI pipeline, preserving headings, tables, equations, and multi-column flow.

## Request body

- FederationResourceInput: Parameters for the target resource, forwarded verbatim upstream. The accepted fields differ per resource; list them with GET /api/marketplace/apis. Sending an empty object returns a 402 quote for that resource.
