`POST /v1/marketplace/api/audio-transcriptions`

Audio transcription (speech-to-text, multipart or JSON base64)

## Request body

- FederationResourceInput: Parameters for the target resource, forwarded verbatim upstream. The accepted fields differ per resource; list them with GET /api/marketplace/apis. Sending an empty object returns a 402 quote for that resource.
