`POST /v1/completions`

## Request

Legacy OpenAI text completions endpoint. For older clients that use prompt-based completion instead of chat messages.

## Request body

- object
  - `max_tokens` integer: Maximum tokens to generate
  - `model` string, required: Model ID
  - `prompt` string, required: Text prompt to complete
  - `stream` boolean: Enable streaming responses
  - `temperature` number: Sampling temperature (0-2)
