- Extension: An extension manifest configuration
  - `id` string, uuid: Unique identifier for the extension
  - `extension_id` string, uuid: Unique identifier for the extension
  - `name` string, required: Name of the extension
  - `version` string, required: Version of the extension
  - `description` string, required: Description of what the extension does
  - `documentation_url` string, uri: URL to the extension's documentation
  - `developer_name` string, required: Name of the developer or organization
  - `homepage_url` string, uri: URL to the extension's homepage
  - `support_url` string, uri: URL for support related to this extension
  - `activation_url` string, uri: URL used to activate the extension
  - `signup_url` string, uri: URL for user signup through partner defined flow
  - `icon_url` string, uri: URL to the extension's icon. Recommended: PNG format with transparent background, 128x128 pixels
  - `logo_urls` string[]: URLs to logo images at different sizes
  - `extension_points` object[]: List of extension points this extension provides
    - `type` 'clinical', required
    - `category` 'labs' | 'gfe' | 'hep' | 'rpm' | 'supplements' | 'extensions', required
    - `label` string, required
    - `url` string, required: URL where the extension is hosted
  - `created_at` string, date-time: When the extension was created
  - `updated_at` string, date-time: When the extension was last updated
