# Get Catalog Extensions

`GET /api/2025-02-28-beta/catalog/extensions`

Retrieves the catalog with all available approved extensions

List of catalog extensions with pagination metadata

- CatalogExtensionsResponse: Response containing the catalog with all available approved extensions and pagination
  - `items` CatalogExtension[], required: Catalog extensions
    - `extension_id` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier for the extension
    - `name` string, required: Name of the extension
    - `version` string, required: Version of the extension
    - `description` string, required: Description of what the extension does
    - `developer_name` string, required: Name of the developer or organization
    - `documentation_url` string, uri: URL to the extension's documentation
    - `homepage_url` string, uri: URL to the extension's homepage
    - `support_url` string, uri: URL for support related to this extension
    - `logo_urls` string[]: URLs to logo images at different sizes
    - `activation_url` string, uri: URL used to activate the extension
    - `signup_url` string, uri: URL for user signup through partner defined flow
    - `icon_url` string, uri: URL to the extension's icon. Recommended: PNG format with transparent background, 128x128 pixels
    - `scopes` string[]: OAuth scopes required by the extension
    - `extension_points` object[]: Extension points where this extension can be used
      - `type` 'clinical'
      - `category` 'labs' | 'gfe' | 'hep' | 'rpm' | 'supplements' | 'extensions'
      - `label` string
      - `url` string, uri
    - `created_at` string, date-time: When the extension was added to the catalog
    - `updated_at` string, date-time: When the extension was last updated in the catalog
  - `cursor` string, nullable: Pagination cursor for the current page
  - `limit` integer: Maximum number of items per page
  - `links` object: Pagination links
    - `before` string, nullable, required: Cursor for the previous page
    - `after` string, nullable, required: Cursor for the next page
  - `hasNextPage` boolean: Whether there are more pages available
