`GET /festivals/{festivalSeriesId}`

Festival series detail plus its editions timeline as slim event stubs (event id, year, dates, venue, headliners). Historical editions require festival archive history access on your plan (implied by `allow_past_events`); non-entitled keys see upcoming editions plus a `historyLocked` notice.
