# List chat sessions in the caller's org

`GET /chat/sessions`

List chat sessions in the principal's org, newest first.

Org scope is enforced by joining ``chat_sessions`` → ``agents`` on
the caller's ``organization_id``. The optional ``agent_id`` filter
narrows to a single agent's sessions. Cursor-paginated via
``limit``/``cursor`` (the cursor is decoded lazily by
``build_cursor_from_rows``, same pattern as the tasks/keys routers).
