# Preview a lab correction

`POST /api/correction-equations/fit`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.ivive.app`
- URL: `https://api.ivive.app/api/correction-equations/fit`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (password, token URL `/api/auth/login`)

Runs IVIVE on each compound and fits log10(observed / predicted plasma CL) = offset + slope × log10(fu_p) for both IVIVE models. Does NOT save.

  - `assay_type` 'microsomes' | 'hepatocytes', required
  - `species` 'human' | 'rat' | 'dog'
  - `source` string, nullable: Lab or dataset the compounds come from.
  - `compounds` LabCompound[], required
    - `name` string, required
    - `clint` number, required: In-vitro CLint (µL/min/mg protein or µL/min/10⁶ cells).
    - `fu_mic` number, required: Unbound fraction in the incubation.
    - `fu_p` number, required: Unbound fraction in plasma.
    - `rb` number: Blood-to-plasma ratio.
    - `cl_obs` number, required: Observed total plasma clearance, IV (mL/min/kg).

  - `fits` object, required: Keyed by IVIVE model.
