`POST /accounts/{account_id}/owners`

## Request

Permite a criação de sócio da conta

## Path parameters

- `account_id` string, required

## Request body

  - `name` string: Nome do sócio
  - `cpf` string: CPF do sócio sem pontos
  - `email` string: Email do sócio
  - `phone` string: Telefone do sócio no formato `(xx) xxxxx-xxxx`
