Liveness and database check. Public: no API key needed, no rate limit, no quota. Use it for uptime monitoring.

  - `status` string, required: `ok` when the API is serving.
  - `db` string, required: `ok`, or `error` when the database check failed.
  - `version` string, required: API version.
