- `304`: Not modified. Same ETag and Cache-Control as 200, empty body.
- `400`: Invalid cursor, since, or limit, or q outside 2-120 characters.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: This key cannot access this endpoint.
- `429`: Rate limit or monthly quota exceeded.
- `503`: The News API is temporarily unavailable.
