# Get the session document for the active user

`GET /mySession`

Returns the session for the active user.

## Response `200`

The session document for the logged in user.

- AuthenticationGetMySessionResponse200
  - `id` string: The session token for the logged in user
  - `loginMethod` 'Web' | 'sudo': The way a user logged in
  - `session_start` integer: The Unix epoch time when the session started
  - `ttl` integer: The default ttl for a user session
  - `principalId` string: The accountId for the logged in user
  - `requestCount` integer: The number of API requests made during the active session
