  - `sets` integer: Number of warm-up sets, 1 to 12.
  - `unit` 'kg' | 'lb': Weight unit for every load in and out: kg or lb.
  - `bar` number: Bar weight in the chosen unit. Defaults to 20 kg or 45 lb.
