# Service status and limits

`GET /v1/status`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Whether Security is enabled, paused or switched off, the free-tier limits that apply, and the scanner's identity (User-Agent and source addresses) for allowlisting.

  - `features` object: What this build offers the caller, so a client shows only what exists. Absent from builds before monitoring.
    - `changes` boolean, required: The Changes feed exists.
    - `monitoring` boolean, required: Scheduled checks can be offered to this caller.
    - `notifications` boolean: Notification preferences and acknowledging changes exist.
  - `limits` Limits, required
    - `full_scan_cooldown_seconds` integer, required
    - `manual_verification_interval_seconds` integer, required
    - `max_concurrent_scans` integer, required
    - `max_domains` integer, required
    - `max_monitored_domains` integer: Monitored domains per organisation during the preview.
    - `max_pending_verifications` integer, required
    - `max_scans_per_day` integer, required
    - `monitoring_daily_allowed` boolean
    - `monitoring_pause_after_failures` integer: Scheduled checks in a row that may fail before monitoring pauses.
    - `recheck_cooldown_seconds` integer, required

  - `message` string: Shown to customers while paused or disabled.
  - `preview` boolean, required: True while Security is a free preview.
  - `scanner` ScannerIdentity, required
