`POST /mcp/tools/search_chats`

## Request

Search your LinkedIn inbox by message content and by structured filters, all local
(no LinkedIn quota). Free text matches participant names and message bodies (e.g.
"who mentioned CMU"). Operators can be passed in `q` or as discrete args:
  is:unread/read · from:<name> · company:<name> · after:/before:<YYYY-MM-DD> ·
  newer:<N>d · older:<N>d
Returns chat handles ready for get_thread / schedule_chat_reply.
