`POST /mcp/tools/run_content_pipeline`

## Request

Draft LinkedIn posts for the user to publish, from their saved content topics and voice.
Produces drafts only and publishes nothing.

Runs in the background and returns immediately. Call list_content_drafts to read the
results. Requires content topics to be set, otherwise it returns an error saying so.
Runs at most once a day, and returns status "skipped" with reason "already ran today"
on a second call.
