Everything Iridium knows about one connection-note draft: the full note text, the angle
it was written from, and the profile it is addressed to. Read-only.

Use this when the user asks why a draft says what it says, or wants the full text that
list_drafts only previews.

    handle: draft_ handle from list_drafts.
