`POST /mcp/tools/find_stale_threads`

Surface dropped balls, meaning threads with no activity in `days`:
  ghosted    → you sent the last message and got no reply
  owed_reply → they replied and you haven't responded
Threads with a pending scheduled reply are excluded. Oldest first, except threads whose
contact shows a cached #hiring or #OpenToWork profile BADGE sort ahead of ones that don't.

hiring_signal: true when this contact's cached LinkedIn profile shows the #hiring or
#OpenToWork profile BADGE (not post text) — best-effort, from a prior profile fetch, never a new one. False
means either confirmed absent or never checked; treat it as "nothing to report," not
a confirmed negative.
