# Performs bulk IP address lookups.

`POST /batch`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://iplocate.io/api`
- URL: `https://iplocate.io/api/batch`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apikey`

Performs IP address lookups for multiple IP addresses in a single request. Returns a JSON object with each input IP address as a key and the corresponding lookup result as the value.

**Batch requirements**:
- Maximum 1,000 IP addresses per request
- Requires a paid plan or available credits
- Each successful lookup consumes 1 API request from your quota

**Mixed results**: The response may contain both successful lookups and error objects for invalid IP addresses within the same response.

## Response `200`

Batch lookup response containing results for each requested IP address.

- object: Object containing IP addresses as keys and their corresponding lookup results as values. For invalid IP addresses, the value will be an error object.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request - invalid batch parameters or plan restrictions
- `403`: API key issues
- `429`: Too many requests - quota exceeded
- `500`: Internal server error or server unavailable.
