Update an existing lab test program identified by its ID.

Only provided fields will be updated.

- Program: Model representing a program as returned by the API.
  - `name` string, required: Display name of the program.
  - `description` string, nullable: Free-text description of the program.
  - `id` string, required: Unique identifier for the program
  - `organization_id` string, required: Organization this program belongs to.
  - `created_by` string, nullable: User ID of the user who created this program
  - `created_by_email` string, nullable: Email of the user who created this program
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required: Timestamp when the program was created
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, required: Timestamp when the program was last updated
