# List cell instances for a cell specification

List cell instances for a specification with pagination and filtering.

Filter parameters support Supabase filter operators:
- Text fields (name, created_by_email): Use ``ilike.%value%`` for partial
  match
- Date fields: Use ``gte.value``, ``lte.value``, etc.
- Date range: Use created_at_gt and created_at_lt for between queries

## Path parameters

- `q` string, nullable: Free-text search on instance name plus prefix full-text match, matching the global search. Composes with the column filters.

- `batch_id` string, nullable: Filter by batch: a batch id, ``in.(id1,id2)``, or ``is.null`` for cells in no batch.
- `created_at` string, nullable
