`GET /discovery/schemas/pipeline`

Return the schema for parameterization pipelines.

Includes the pipeline config body (POST /pipelines), the
full pipeline response shape, and the supported element
types (data_fit, array_data_fit, calculation, entry,
built_in_entry, validation).
