# Get an invoice by id

`GET /api/invoices/{invoiceId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.invoicevista.com`
- URL: `https://api.invoicevista.com/api/invoices/{invoiceId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP basic
  - API key in header `Authorization`

Returns a single invoice owned by your organization. Requires the `invoices:read` scope. Responds 404 when the invoice belongs to another organization, so ids cannot be probed.
