# Create

`POST /v1/platform/support/tickets`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.intura.co` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.intura.co/v1/platform/support/tickets`
- Auth: none declared

File one ticket.

Answers with the filed ticket, including what our own classifier made of it
— and the console shows that back to the customer. Showing it is deliberate:
it is the most honest possible demonstration of the product (here is the
decision we sell, applied to your own sentence, including when it is wrong),
and a wrong class the customer can see is a correction we get for free.

## Request body

- CreateTicketRequest
  - `message` string, required: What you want to tell us, in your own words.
  - `context` object, nullable: Set by the console, not by the person writing. Which screen they were on and which build they were running.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- unknown

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
