Record that this person accepted the Product Terms for one download context.

## Request body

- AcceptRequest: One ticked box in a download modal. `version` is the one the refusal (`TERMS_REQUIRED`) named, so a page that was open across a new version accepts the version it is about to be held to. `product_code` names the model or extension for `model_download` and `extension_download`, and is left out for `download_key` and `reaccept`.
