Authenticate an OTP sent to your mobile

  - `paymentId` string, required: Payment Identifier.
  - `otp` string, required: One Time Password sent to your mobile
  - `transactionId` string: Transaction unique identifier. (required for 3D secure)
  - `eciFlag` string: The Electronic Commerce Indicator (ECI) Flag e.g Visa:05: Issuer Liability, 06: Issuer Liability, 07: Merchant Liability.
