# Get Shipping Information

`GET /open-api/v3/physical-cards/{id}/shipping-info`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-sandbox.interlace.money`
- URL: `https://api-sandbox.interlace.money/open-api/v3/physical-cards/{id}/shipping-info`
- Auth: API key in header `x-access-token`

### Shipping Information Retrieval

This API retrieves the shipping information of a physical card, including:
- **Courier company**
- **Tracking number**
- **Tracking URL**
- **Remarks**

### No Shipping Information Case
If the request succeeds but **no shipping information is found**, the API returns an empty `data` object:

- ShippingInfoResource
  - `expressCompany` string: Courier company handling the shipment
  - `trackingNumber` string: Shipment tracking number
  - `trackingUrl` string: Tracking URL for checking shipment status, If the mailing address is in Chinese Mainland, display the EMS website: https://www.ems.com.cn; if the mailing address is outside Chinese Mainland, display the DHL website: https://www.dhl.com/cn-en/home/tracking.html
  - `physicalCardStatus` integer: Physical Card Status: 1 - Card production / delivery in progress; 2 - Activated
  - `time` string: time
