# Batch Set Card BIN Spend Controls

`POST /open-api/v3/consumption-scenarios/batch`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-sandbox.interlace.money`

- Auth: API key in header `x-access-token`

Batch sets or updates spend controls that define whitelist/blacklist consumption scenarios and MCC rules for determining which transactions are permitted or restricted.

## Request body

- CardConsumptionLabelBatchUpsertBlacklistOrWhitelistItemDTO: Batch Upsert Card Consumption Label Request
  - `enableSubAccount` boolean: Whether sub-account takes effect, default false
  - `items` CardConsumptionLabelBatchItemDTO[], required: Batch items
    - `usage` string, required: usage: `MCC`,`SCENARIO`,`TRANSACTION_CURRENCY`, if `id` is null then `usage` can not be null
    - `keywords` string, required: keywords<ul><li>if `usage` is <b>MCC</b>: keywords must be 4 digits string</li><li>if `usage` is <b>TRANSACTION_CURRENCY</b>: keywords must be 3 digits currency code</li><li>if `usage` is <b>SCENARIO</b>: keywords will be matched against transaction detail info, supports `%` as wildcard for fuzzy matching:<ul><li>`STARLINK` — exact match</li><li>`ChatGPT%` — prefix match</li><li>`%ChatGPT` — suffix match</li><li>`%ChatGPT%` — contains "ChatGPT" anywhere</li></ul></li></ul>
    - `id` integer: id ,if null then insert ,if not null then update
    - `listType` string, required: list type: `BLACKLIST`,`WHITELIST`
    - `cardBinIds` string[]: card bin id list, if null then all card bin will be applied
    - `cardIds` string[]: add card id list,max size `100`
    - `deleteCardIds` string[]: delete card id list ,max size `100`
    - `accountId` string: account id
