# Update PIN

`PUT /open-api/v3/cards/{id}/pin`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-sandbox.interlace.money`
- URL: `https://api-sandbox.interlace.money/open-api/v3/cards/{id}/pin`
- Auth: API key in header `x-access-token`

**PIN Code Rules**

1. **Length**<br>
   The PIN must be exactly 6 digits.

2. **No repeated digits**<br>
   It must not contain any sequence of three identical digits.<br>
   Not allowed: `111`, `222`, `999`

3. **No sequential digits**<br>
   No three consecutive increasing or decreasing digits.<br>
   Examples not allowed: `123`, `234`, `789`, `890`, `098`, `321`

- `id` string, required

## Request body

- UpdatePINReqDTO
  - `pin` string, required: The pin code used for transaction PIN and ATM PIN. Pin can be 6 digits long.
  - `accountId` string, required: The UUID of the Account.

## Response `200`

OK

  - `message` string: Error message
  - `data` UpdateCardPinResource: Returned data
    - `success` boolean
