`GET /open-api/v3/cards/{id}/card-summary`

- `accountId` string, uuid, required: The UUID of the Account.

    - `balance` Balance: Balance information
      - `id` string: Balance ID
      - `available` string: Available balance
      - `currency` string: Currency code (e.g., USD, EUR)
    - `status` string: Card status. Values: INACTIVE,CONTROL,ACTIVE,PENDING,FROZEN
    - `statistics` Statistics: </br>Available spending represents the remaining spendable amount under the configured limit, rather than the topped-up balance. It is calculated as: Available spending = Configured limit − Net consumption
      - `consumption` string: Consumption amount
      - `reversal` string: Reversal amount
      - `reversalFee` string: Reversal fee
      - `refund` string: Refund amount
      - `refundFee` string: Refund fee
      - `netConsumption` string: Net consumption = consumption - (reversal - reversalFee) - (refund - refundFee) + serviceFee
      - `authorizationFee` string, number, required: Authorization fee.
      - `currency` string: Currency code (e.g., USD, EUR)
    - `velocityControl` VelocityControl: Transaction velocity control information
      - `type` 'DAY' | 'WEEK' | 'MONTH' | 'QUARTER' | 'YEAR' | 'LIFETIME' | 'TRANSACTION' | 'NA': Transaction limit type
      - `limit` string: Transaction limit value
      - `available` string: Remaining Limit
