`GET /open-api/v3/budgets`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-sandbox.interlace.money`
- URL: `https://api-sandbox.interlace.money/open-api/v3/budgets`
- Auth: API key in header `x-access-token`

## Query parameters

- `accountId` string, uuid, required: The UUID of the account.
- `id` string, uuid: The UUID of the budget.
- `limit` string, number: Limits the number of items to be returned.
- `page` string, number: The page to be returned, counting from 1 as the first page.

      - `status` 'ACTIVE' | 'INACTIVE' | 'FROZEN', required: Budget status.
