# Upload source-map batch

`PUT /v3/releases/{releaseSlug}/source-maps/batch`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.interfere.com`
- URL: `https://api.interfere.com/v3/releases/{releaseSlug}/source-maps/batch`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Atomically uploads source-map chunks from the signed inventory. Accepts Content-Encoding: gzip. The encoded and decoded JSON bodies must each fit within 8 MiB.

## Path parameters

- `releaseSlug` string, required

## Query parameters

- `environment` string: Deploy environment of the build. Each environment of a release has its own source maps; omit it to use the source maps of the release.

## Request body

- SourceMapUploadBatch
  - `chunks` object[], required
    - `path` string, required
    - `offset` integer, required
    - `bytes` string, required

## Response `200`

All chunks durably accepted

- SourceMapUploadBatchResponse
  - `ok` true, required
  - `fileCount` integer, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid secret key
- `403`: Secret key lacks the required scope or its network is blocked
- `409`: A chunk conflicts with the upload session
- `422`: The batch was rejected
- `503`: A dependency failed while recording the release; retry with backoff after the Retry-After delay
