# Get Post-Call Transcript

`GET /calls/v1/conversations/{id}/transcripts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-qa.interactly.ai`
- URL: `https://api-qa.interactly.ai/calls/v1/conversations/{id}/transcripts`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the call's post-call transcript: the recording transcribed after the call ends, with each turn's speaker and timing. Independent of the transcript recorded during the call, so the two can be compared.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `download` boolean

## Response `200`

The transcript turns, in order.

- PostCallTranscriptTurn[]
  - `role` 'user' | 'assistant' | 'human-agent': Who spoke. human-agent is a person the call was transferred to.
  - `text` string
  - `start` number: Seconds from the start of the recording.
  - `end` number: Seconds from the start of the recording.

## Other responses

- `202`: The transcript is still being made; try again shortly.
- `404`: The call was not found, or its transcript could not be made (status failed, with error).
