# Create a training record

`POST /trainings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.intellihr.io`
- URL: `https://api.intellihr.io/trainings`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Create a training record for a Person. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that workflows will NOT be automatically triggered as a result of creating Training using this API endpoint, although it will return the required information to manually trigger it. 

To trigger the workflows manually, use the intelliHR platform. 

Automatic workflow triggering will be added in the future, please contact <a href="mailto:support@intellihr.co">support@intellihr.co</a> with any questions.
