`GET /policies/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.instruxi.dev/api/v1/enforcer`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

One custom policy's stored Rego source and metadata. Readable per the same global-plus-own-tenant visibility as listPolicies.
