`GET /directory/accounts/{id}/groups`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.instruxi.dev/api/v1/enforcer`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Group ids an account belongs to, for a leaf service's own authorization decisions (e.g. gating a feature on tenant group membership) without that service maintaining its own copy of v3's group table.
