# Suggest contacts

`GET /contacts/suggestions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.instruxi.dev/api/v1/enforcer`
- URL: `https://api.instruxi.dev/api/v1/enforcer/contacts/suggestions`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Discoverable tenant accounts the caller hasn't added yet — the "people you may want to add" feed. Requires: same tenant, is_discoverable=true, active=true, a VERIFIED kyc or kyb session, and excludes the caller and anyone already linked as a contact. Returns an empty page (not an error) when the tenant has discovery turned off tenant-wide.
