# List known send destinations

`GET /contacts/send-destinations`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.instruxi.dev/api/v1/enforcer`
- URL: `https://api.instruxi.dev/api/v1/enforcer/contacts/send-destinations`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

The caller's KNOWN on-chain destinations, derived from their own address
book: linked contacts resolve to that member's ACTIVE wallet, custom
contacts to the wallet address the caller registered on them.
Blacklisted and inactive contacts are excluded.
NOT an exclusive allow-list — a user may also send to an arbitrary
external address, governed by the per-transaction cap and the rolling
web3 allowance. These are the destinations that can be referenced by
contact id and shown by name.

    - `address` string: Address is lower-cased. Every comparison against it must lower-case the other side; EVM addresses are case-insensitive and the checksum casing a wallet or QR code emits is not stable across sources.
