# Enable Agent

`POST /agents/{id}/enable`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.instruxi.dev/api/v1/enforcer`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Re-activates a disabled or suspended agent. A manually disabled agent re-activates unconditionally; a suspended one re-activates only once the condition that suspended it (steward_inactive, owner_group_deleted, expired, tenant_kill, platform) no longer holds, else 409 agent_suspended names the reason again (docs/AGENTS_CONTRACT.md §6.2, §7). tenant_kill additionally requires a tenant_manage grant even from the steward; platform requires a platform admin.
