# Delete verification provider

`DELETE /admin/verification-providers/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.instruxi.dev/api/v1/enforcer`
- URL: `https://api.instruxi.dev/api/v1/enforcer/admin/verification-providers/{id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Soft-deletes a verification provider row; group challenges for that tenant+provider then answer provider_not_configured, and the tenant+name slot is free for a re-create. Platform-admin only.
