# List MPP deposit intents (system admin or mpp_ops): the manual-settle queue

`GET /admin/mpp-deposit-intents`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.instruxi.dev/api/v1/enforcer`
- URL: `https://api.instruxi.dev/api/v1/enforcer/admin/mpp-deposit-intents`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

System admin, or a role carrying the `mpp_ops` grant. Oldest first. `forwarder` finds the intent behind a deposit address (an exact match; a malformed address is 400 invalid_filter). Each row is the intent, its fulfillment's status and every transfer seen at its forwarder. `state=received,overpaid` is what an operator settles; `underpaid,parked` (and expired) is what an operator refunds. Read-only.
