# List AI Sales Agent guidance rules

`GET /api/v2/ai-agents/sales/{id}/guidance-rules`

## Request

List the guidance rules the AI Sales Agent follows when writing outreach. An agent has at most 10 rules, so the list is not paginated.


Requires one of the following scopes: `ai_sdr:read`, `ai_sdr:all`, `all:read`, `all:all`

The guidance rules of the AI Sales Agent

- object
  - `items` object[], required: The list of guidance rules
    - `id` string, required: Positional rule id. Re-indexed after a deletion, so re-fetch the list after deleting a rule.
    - `title` string, required: Short title of the rule
    - `content` string, required: The rule text the agent must follow

## Other responses

- `401`: This request is unauthorized (either the Authorization header is missing or invalid, or the API key has been revoked)
- `402`: This request cannot be fulfilled because the workspace does not have an active paid plan
- `404`: The requested resource was not found
- `429`: You have exceeded the rate limit. Please check the rate limit docs for more information.
