Update a reply generated by an AI Inbox Manager: leave feedback on the reply or mark its pending action as handled.


Requires one of the following scopes: `ai_sdr_replies:update`, `ai_agents:all`, `all:update`, `all:all`

  - `feedback_text` string: Feedback text for this reply
  - `action_pending` boolean: Whether this reply still requires action from the user

  - `id` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier for the AI Sales Agent reply
  - `organization_id` string, uuid, nullable: Organization ID
  - `timestamp_created` string, nullable: Timestamp when the AI Sales Agent reply was created (ISO 8601)
  - `timestamp_updated` string, nullable: Timestamp when the AI Sales Agent reply was last updated (ISO 8601)
  - `agent_id` string, uuid, nullable: ID of the AI agent that generated this reply (nullable)
  - `thread_id` string, nullable: Conversation thread identifier (nullable)
  - `lead` string, nullable: Lead email address this reply is associated with
  - `feedback_positive` boolean, nullable: Whether the feedback on the reply was positive (nullable)
  - `feedback_text` string, nullable: Feedback text left by a user for this reply (nullable)
  - `html` string, nullable: HTML-formatted reply (nullable)
  - `requires_hitl` boolean, nullable: If true, the reply requires human-in-the-loop review (nullable)
  - `requires_hitl_reason` string, nullable: Reason why human-in-the-loop review is required (nullable)
  - `generation_lag_seconds` number, nullable: Time taken (in seconds) for AI to generate the reply (nullable)
  - `is_automatic_email` boolean, nullable: Whether this reply was automatically sent as an email (nullable)
  - `in_reply_to` string, nullable: ID of the reply this message is in response to (nullable)
  - `usage_metadata` object: JSON object with OpenAI usage, costs, and prompt data (nullable)
  - `calendly_tool_used` boolean, nullable: Whether the Calendly scheduling tool was used in this reply
  - `confidence_score` number, nullable: Confidence score for this AI-generated reply (nullable, 0-100)
  - `information_requested` string, nullable: Text the AI used to request more information (nullable)
  - `estimated_time_saved_seconds` number, nullable: Estimated time (in seconds) saved by the AI in generating this reply (nullable)
  - `action_pending` boolean, nullable: Whether this reply requires pending action from the user (nullable)
  - `sending_status` -1 | 1 | 2: Status of the email sending process
  - `is_followup` boolean, nullable: Whether this reply is an automatic follow-up to a previous reply (nullable)
  - `error_code` 'NO_SENDING_ACCOUNT' | 'ACCOUNT_INACTIVE' | 'ACCOUNT_FETCH_FAILED' | 'SEND_FAILED' | 'HITL_NOT_SUPPORTED' | 'RATE_LIMITED' | 'AGENT_NOT_FOUND' | 'LEAD_BLOCKED' | 'FREE_TRIAL_LIMIT_REACHED' | 'OUT_OF_CREDITS' | 'MONTHLY_BUDGET_EXCEEDED': Error code for the email sending process (nullable)
