# Current rate-window and quota state. Free: reads counters without consuming; reachable while limited. The optional body identity picks the rate windows; an empty body reads the company windows. The quota is always the company's month to date.

Limiter state

- RateLimitResponse
  - `quota` QuotaState, required
    - `limit` integer, required: The company's monthly request limit, shared by all programmatic access. 0 = none.
    - `remaining` integer, required: limit - used, floored at 0.
    - `resets_at` integer, required
    - `used` integer, required: /v1/query executions counted this calendar month (UTC). The quota is soft: used may exceed limit.
  - `requests` RateLimitRequests, required
    - `per_hour` WindowState, required
      - `limit` integer, required
      - `remaining` integer, required
      - `resets_at` integer, required
    - `per_minute` WindowState, required
      - `limit` integer, required
      - `remaining` integer, required
      - `resets_at` integer, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `403`: Key does not cover the application, entity scope, or level
- `429`: Rate limited or too many concurrent queries. details.reason says which (rate_limit | concurrency); Retry-After says when to retry. The monthly quota never rejects
