# Deletes a Lead Source

`DELETE /LeadSources`

## Request

This endpoint is used to delete an existing lead source.

## Query parameters

- `id` integer, required

## Headers

- `Authorization` string, required

## Response `202`

Delete succeeded.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication failed.
- `403`: API User does not have permission to delete Lead Sources or Lead Management disabled.
- `404`: Lead Source not found.
- `409`: Lead Source cannot be deleted because it's in use or if it's the only Lead Source in you instance.
- `417`: Delete failed.
