`GET /v1/analysis/projects/{project_id}/summary`

Return the executive summary.

Since the summary is fast and deterministic (built from metadata, no LLM),
we generate it on the fly when the project has data — so the page renders a
populated summary immediately instead of an empty 'generate' state. If no
data has been uploaded yet, content=null (200) so the UI shows its CTA.
