`POST /v2/channel/create`

## Request

- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://api.inside.ad/api/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://api.inside.ad/api/oauth/token`, scopes: `channels:write`)
  - API key in header `authorization`

Add a new advertising channel for the authenticated user by URL/link. Parses the link and initializes AI insights.

## Query parameters

- `userId` number, required

## Request body

- object
  - `url` string, required: The link or invite URL of the channel to add
  - `languageCode` string: ISO language code for the target segment, e.g. 'ru' or 'en'
