`POST /api/v1/identities/{agent_handle}/signing-key`

Successful Response

- SigningKeyCreateResponse
  - `signing_key` string, required — Plaintext signing key (shown once — store it securely)
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required — When the key was created (or rotated)

## Other responses

- `422` — Validation Error
- `4XX` — Client error with Support Agent information.
- `5XX` — Server error with Support Agent information.
